I am a little lost for words to describe all my emotions on the global pandemic and the dramatic consequences it has delivered to all of our doors. On the plus side, extensive time spent with my family has been nothing short of amazing but precious days away from colleagues, clients and friends has been cruel. My heart goes out to anyone who has been taken ill with this dreadful virus and my prayers and warm wishes are with those who have sadly lost a loved one during this horrendous time.

As a business, we have used the isolation window to refurbish our website, (henriettaferguson.com), extended the variety of tours we offer and would value any thoughts or opinions you can give. We have also introduced new health and safety measures to diminish the threat of COVID-19. All our clients who book chauffeur driven tours can take confidence that our vehicles are thoroughly cleaned, fogged and sterilised to COVID-19 standards before and after each journey. Our chauffeur drivers will be separated from passengers by new plastic screens. All our clients will be provided with protection kits, (including masks, gloves and hand sanitizer), and we have partnered with LiveTours audio systems(www.livetours.com) where you can download an App on your smart phones enabling you to clearly hear our guides on your own telephones whilst honouring the 1 metre distance rule during a tour.

Light at the end of the tunnel:

We are delighted the UK is creating its own Independence Day on Saturday 4th July with the reopening of many venues, museums, attractions, restaurants, hotels and our much loved pubs. Entrance numbers will understandably be reduced at all venues and the need to book well in advance through us is imperative to ensure we can accommodate your timings and preferences. Fingers crossed, international travel restrictions will be further lifted during the summer months so we can warmly welcome you back to our shores. With so many uncertainties still bubbling from region to region, all best made plans are likely to change or be amended but if you are able to give any indication on your next travels to the UK & Europe, and any themes and geographies you would like to consider, that information will help us plan and prepare resources to give you the most exceptional experience whilst with us on tour.
