News Letter: Virtual August

We are dearly missing our much loved clients and for those of you who have rescheduled your planned tours with us, in the UK & Europe this summer, we have just launched our new ‘Private Virtual Tour Collection’ to help whet your appetite for your postponed arrival and also help support our valued guides.

We dearly hope our new platform will excite, inspire and entice although there is nothing quite like being with us in person; hopefully that time won’t be too far away. Oh how things have changed!

We have selected an eclectic mixture of personalised experiences to be enjoyed, virtually from the comfort of your own homes, which can be shared with your family and friends across the world, who can be invited into the moment to capture precious memories. We are fortunate to have in our team, the cream of the crop of qualified Blue Badge Tourist Guides, (and some of the most tech savvy ones too), who will guide and entertain you during these one-hour long virtual showcases.

Please let us know if you would like to book one or more of the below highlighted virtual tours or any other themes, topic or interests that you would like to explore, which we will gladly tailor to your preferences.

Rock n Roll London:

An essential experience for acoustic connoisseurs to be electrified by the legendary London music scene, culture, history and notoriety. Your specialist “Rock God” guide will take you on a virtual journey incorporating The Beatles, Led Zeppelin, Jimi Hendrix, Pink Floyd, Queen, The Rolling Stones and many more of the all time Greats!

Churchill War Room:

A virtual behind the scenes tour of the Churchill War Rooms offers you an unparalleled opportunity to step back through history. Your private guide will take you behind the deep walls of security and into the 3 most important rooms used during World War II to describe how our great leaders orchestrated the survival of democracy in the Western World.

Street Art:

This is an inspiring tour for all ages that sets alive the acclaimed phenomena that is Street Art and how London has become an inspiration and home to revered international artists including Banksy, Roa, D*Face and Invader. What started off as illegal back-wall Graffiti is now displayed in global leading galleries and hung in the homes of celebrities and connoisseurs worldwide.

Welcome to Bath:

This virtual showcase will examine one of the finest thermal spas of the ancient world and Britain’s only hot spring, the Roman Baths. With exemplary Georgian architecture, the city was given an UNESCO world heritage site status in 1987. You will also digitally visit the serene locations which formed the inspirations of blockbuster films including ‘War Horse’ and ‘Doctor Doolittle’.

British Museum:

Founded in 1753, this great national institution is one of the most important museums in the world with over 6 million objects covering 2 million years of human history. There is so much to cover in just one hour but your virtual historical guide will effortless escort you around the most intriguing, rare and fascinating pieces known to mankind.

We are longing to see you in person soon, but hope you find these virtual connections to our shores enticing!

We hope you keep curious, safe and sane!
